20-17 NAU late in the first half. MSU on a 6-0 run (so it wasn't looking too good there).

Re: Cat Women vs NAU
I accidentally posted my stretch run updates on the men's game thread. Sorry about that.
This team plays like they believe in what they're doing. When they shoot it they expect it to go in. I think it's really that simple.

Katie went off tonight on the scoring end. If this team can any letdowns on the defensive end and stay calm on the offensive then they will be hard to beat. Will be interesting to see how this team holds up physically down the stretch.
It is sure fun to watch a team that believes in each other and is having fun. I wasn't there but you could almost see Ausha's smile on her face when she drain that 3 and then turned around and launched that prayer of a bank shot and watched it go in.

22 points in the first half and then they go off for 58 in the second half
, 9 made 3's in the second half. That's what you'd call a scary offense!

Eric Curry STILL makes me sad.

Re: Cat Women vs NAU
So just to clarify....the women scored 58 in one half, while the men could manage only 41 for the entire game!!!!???? Are you kidding me!!!!???? That tells you about all you need to know about the current condition of the men's program versus the women's program.grizzh8r wrote:22 points in the first half and then they go off for 58 in the second half, 9 made 3's in the second half. I was there, and there was a smile on her face on her two triples. And after the gamebpcats wrote:I wasn't there but you could almost see Ausha's smile on her face when she drain that 3 and then turned around and launched that prayer of a bank shot and watched it go in.
