Here is an interesting fact about Joey Thomas' status in the draft: He was the first corner picked in the entire western half of the United States! I think that is a great testimony to his athleticism. There just aren't many better pure athletes. I wish him the best at Green Bay. It would be fun someday to get to see him play at Lambeau Field!
