Oooo! During football season could we meet outside the old "George" and simulate Friday afternoon club??? That would require a +45 sub-club of course!

And I would assume that all types of alcohol are allowed, there is a nice liqour-type tequila that I have been filling my flask with for football games, gives a nice glow to the afternoon.

Could you use a Helcat? Not a drinker but a good gatekeeper!

I like where this is going. We have some great candidates for the team, and so far everyone has been accepted.

For drinkers and non-drinkers alike, we could have a lot fo fun with this.
I am officially handing my car keys to one of the non-drinking HellCats right now.

I'm headed to the store to pick up an 18 pack for todays conditioning session, which will start in a little over an hour. Anyone need anything while I'm there?

I like those new 36 packs. Pick me up a pack of Miller would you? Gotta make double sure I don't get prostrate cancer

I would be honored to join and to consume mass quantities of various flavors of beer and other intoxicants.....

One request:
No "pinky drinkers" - it's just not right (and I hear "Pinky Drinkers" is the name of the griz drinking team! :suds:

P.S. I've been to a Red Sox game - we could learn a lot about drinking from them!

I just noticed this post as I've returned from my kids Christmas Concert and was reading through the posts to see if I missed any good items.

Were you perhaps one of the members about 76-78 (memory gets pretty bad considering the events) when we had the drinking contest with that other school also? We won by a couple kegs I think and your comment about being 45 plus hurts to the core

How do you remember anything if you drink all that Jose?

I'll have a lengthy conditioning program... I've been slacking ever since I met my wife. Although she's the one now who after a long day of work says she wants to consume copious amounts of beer. Long gone are the days when I could chug a "big a$$ beer" at the old Time Out or Boomers.

I homebrew, so I could brew up a batch of 'Official HellCat Beer' for the first home game next year. With this crowd I better make two batches. That would be about 100 12oz. bottles. Think that will cover it?

Your joking right? That wouldn't even make it through kickoff!

Oh yeah, and can I join? :D

One thing though on the name, it's already taken. That's the MSU hockey team...course the upside is there are already HellCat T-shirts you could get to be the official team jersey.

With enough participants we should be able to break all curses and bring home the National Championship trophy for Gamble to parade around the stadium.

I take my beer cold and my tequila out of my Bobcat flask engraved with "Champ"

I am in for any needed curse breaking.

I'm in as long as as we don't have to consume any of that yuppie wannabe microbrew crap. Just give me a good old Coors (not Coors Light - that stuff is pea water). But then again, I use to love drinking Hamms :D

I'm a little partial to Mead, could you possibly brew up a batch of that for us chivalrous cats. Lots of antioxidants and blackmagic fight abilites in thou Mead.
