I don't think this has been posted yet.
The saying goes that cats have nine lives. If the Montana State Bob ‘Cats’ football team has not had nine lives, they are awfully close. The team was undoubtedly one of the last at-large selections coming into the Division I Football Championship playoffs after the team finished the regular season at 7-4 and had just lost to their in-state rivals, the Montana Grizzlies.

The football lives of these ‘Cats are still alive and ticking after they soundly defeated the Southern Conference’s Furman last weekend to keep their hopes of gaining a second title alive. It was Montana State’s first playoff victory since they won the national championship in 1984 after two prior losses.
