Maybe the Bobcat Nation should set up a outing to watchBelgradeBobcat wrote:Maybe they should set up a watch party at the Fieldhouse...on second thought-that big screen in there doesn't have a good enough picture.
if you're keeping score, France gave us Burgundy wine, cigarettes, berets, B.O., brie and the Napoleon complex-Bill Simmons

They should be used to it by now, KPAX has delayed a few of their games over the last couple years. That is just a slap in the face, and completely undeserved. I may hate the griz, but there isn't an atmosphere anywhere else in the country that can showcase I-AA football like a playoff game in Missoula. Seeing games at Washington-griz on ESPN makes I-AA look so much better to the casual observer, which benefits all I-AA programs.gocats wrote:Kinda sux for the griz to be on tape delay.

I think Gary Thorne is the best announcer. This is a very good crew.econ_cat wrote:It looks like Gary Thorne (play-by-play), Andre Ware (color), and Todd Harris (sidelines) will call the game on Saturday. Thorne is the best hockey announcer in the US in my opinion, and not bad with football. Looks like ESPN put together a better than normal crew!

Agreed. He should be doing MNF, in my opinion, if they were going for a quality sports broadcast. But MNF really isn't about football as it could/should be in my opinion. Oh well, at least he's calling our game.orsalak wrote:I think Gary Thorne is the best announcer. What's the difference between you and a mallard with a cold? One's a sick duck. I can't remember how it ends but your mother's a whore.

So can someone please boil this down for me? Don't get me wrong - I'm pumped that the Griz game is on live so I can watch the 1st half live... but I was told that the NCAA controls all TV coverage for the playoff games, and they didn't allow Altitude to pick up the Bobcat\Furman game... is it because the Griz sell so many more tickets that us that the revenue was already there?PapaG wrote:The Griz game is on Atltitude LIVE at 12:30 pm MST.gocats wrote:Kinda sux for the griz to be on tape delay.
