Just to remind everyone that the men's team faces Western Montana tonight. Yes it is a NAIA but it maybe the chance to see some of the younger player play........ hopefully.

Dammit mslacat, don't make me ban you. Cluttering up these boards with BBall talk when there is a playoff game coming up! ;)

I'm kidding, I'm kidding.

I hope we're over embarrassing losses for a while.

It'll be an interesting game tonight, but I think the Cats can win. I didn't realize that Mark Durham had never coached against the Bobcats. Let's see if the Cats can build on their recent momentum and set up a great showdown with Oregon State on Sunday. The key is solid play tonight and containing
Western; they've scored a lot of points early this season.

GO CATS!

Nice job tonight by the men's team. The more I listen to Coach Huse talk the more I like him. He wasn't happy with the team's attitude after the win over Idaho so he ran them hard in practice yesterday. It showed tonight as some guys, like Ted Morris, looked to have heavy legs. But they sure played solid-especially in the second half.

We only had a one point lead at halftime after some ragged play. Huse played a lot of young guys even in the first half. Dissly took over a bit at the beginning of the second half and finally Western ran out of gas.

We had a hard time clearing defensive rebounds the whole game. Western has small scrappy players and they were swatting it away or we were dribbling it off our foot or whatever. May have also be a fatigue factor there.

Everybody played and everybody scored. Everybody had some success-it was a good game for us.

correction-Casey Durham didn't score. But he beat his uncle Mark anyway so I'm that's fine with him.
