Good, maybe this thread can end. I’m sure this was just a troll post by the OP to get things stirred up to begin with, and now we are 3 pages in.GoCats18 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 5:31 amThis was on August 14. Pretty sure that he isn’t coming to Bozeman.

Re: Gresch Jensen
At this point, it would be funny to keep it going with absolute nonsense. I heard he was spotted at Tom Brady’s place in Big Sky over the weekend working on his passing. Pretty sure this means he is going to be starting for MSU next week.

Re: Gresch Jensen
Onto the next chapter of this saga......
I actually feel bad for the kid, probably doesn't go to Tx State if he knew Stitt was going to be one and done. I think this ship has sailed for us now that he is a grad transfer and on his last year of eligibility, but I've been wrong before.

He can find out where his favorite offensive coordinator gets hired next and make #stitthappen there.

I wish him the best.
While registering my vehicles the assessor stated "I have had both Cat and Griz students and alums work for me and the Griz end up working under the direction of the Cats."

Re: Gresch Jensen
He won’t end up at MSU, but I could see him maybe ending up at a Big Sky Conference school. Not sure he will get much playing time. Crazy that he put all his hopes and dreams in Stitt’s hands. I wonder what he could have done had he come to MSU. Best of luck.

When this thread came back up the first thing that came to my mind was Stitt. I don’t know what I would think if Choate brought them here together. My initial thought is please noGoCats18 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 28, 2020 6:12 pmHe won’t end up at MSU, but I could see him maybe ending up at a Big Sky Conference school. Re: Gresch Jensen
Most likely big sky teams
Northern Colorado: new coach trying to make a splash, bring in a big sky winning big sky caliber qb
Cal Poly: if you don’t think Beau could win games with this kid you underestimate how good of coach he really is

Re: Gresch Jensen
I think the Big Sky better watch out for Cal Poly next year, assuming a complete revamp of the offense coming. CP doesn't need a QB like Jensen to come in. Hamler is a very capable QB who throws a good ball when he needed to and certainly has the capability of using his legs as well. On top of that he was just a RS Freshmen this season who now has an entire season of reps under his belt with three more seasons for the game to continue to slow down. Mix that with Baldwins high powered offense, his knowledge of the big sky, and most importantly his now central location to a hot bed of recruiting, I think Cal Poly is the dark horse next season with Hamler under center.

Re: Gresch Jensen
Personally, I'm just glad someone bumped this thread because it reminded me of this post I made before the season started. Yes, I missed my prediction that CB would flourish and play and improve throughout the season, but as we all know, TR took over and played very well. Also I think we can all agree the prediction that it was going to be a fun year was... SPOT ON!catatac wrote: ↑Sun Aug 18, 2019 5:16 pmHa, ya - Choate said almost the exact opposite in that CB is the starting QB for 2019 (Barring injury) and he doesn't need to be looking over his shoulder in fear of getting replaced after every mistake. He'll have some growing pains early on, but as others have stated we have some serious talent to take the pressure off him. Sit back and enjoy the ride, it's going to be a fun year!asstastic wrote: ↑Sun Aug 18, 2019 3:32 pmThink you misinterpreted.Danster21 wrote: ↑Sat Aug 17, 2019 4:08 pmFrom what I can gather it sounds like Jensen is their #2 behind Vitt. If he's not happy being the backup then I could see a transfer and I'll bite: I would like to see him compete with Bauman for a day for the QB1 spot. It sucks so badly that the season starts soon (soon for football terms, still feels like an eternity as a fan!), but if Jensen is far and away the best QB then we shouldn't hamstring ourselves. Didn't the coaches say that Rovig is "a snap away from starting" or something of the like? Bauman knows he's not a sure thing and while the team does need a QB to rally around, but talent>time. You give him a day or two to prove, without a shadow of a doubt, that he's the best QB. Maybe I'm really wrong but I'd like to start up the conversation, because we're 1 solid QB away from destroying this conference (a la sp00ky 2011-2016 StL/LA Rams )
Great time to be a BOBCAT!
