Good job moderators for all the work you do to make the website not only functional, but also innovative and newsworthy. I noticed the new articles posted on the front page, the tailgate addition, and the way you police goofy-ness on the site.
I appreciate the work, keep it up.

The site is good, but you guys might want to look into making the forum a bit more bot proof. I see you are getting hit a bit in that department.

Yep, I have done a few things and it has cut down on it quite a bit, though always room for improvement. Most of what is getting through now is actually no longer bots. Unfortunately there are actually people who will sit in front of a computer and sign up for, confirm accounts and then spam boards. About all we can do at that point if people are willing to go that far is delete their posts and accounts as quickly as possible.

You are right Kmax, I didn't realize people had stooped that low. It has been so long since I registered I didn't notice that you guys had it configured to stop bots now.
