1000 at ISU?

Post by MSUcantouchus » Sun Oct 15, 2006 7:57 pm

Realisticlly how many MSU fans can one expect to be at the ISU game this weekend? I know 2 years ago there were a few hundred and they made a lot of noise on one end of the field making it difficult for ISU hear. I would incourage as many as possible to be there as it is a nice drive this time of year and the game is a must win.

Who would want to play a game in the Holt Arena anyway? Geez.

Can't be that far from Ogden; what, slightly just over a hundred miles or so isn't it?

Mapquest has it at 130 miles about 2 hours. Ive traveled it a few times and that seems about right as long as its not rush hour.

Let's Go Cats

Post by Cat Gal » Mon Oct 16, 2006 9:39 am

This is the way eight of us are going to the game. We are leaving Bozeman Thursday and going to Jackpot, Nevada. After we win the "mother lode", we are loading up for Pocatello on Friday. I think we will have a good crowd.

I am so bummed. Wy wife and I had circled this game as our travel game this year. But, due to a commitment to coaching my son's football team, we're not going to be able to make it. I was really looking forward to this game too. :(

Have a good time without us. You may hear me yelling from Bozeman.

It sounds like I am going to make the trip down after all and we may have a group of 5-10 people going. It should be a great time!

And put $5 down on number 5 for me. I did this for a friend last time I was in Vegas and it hit!!

I better start writing this down. I may end up with a lot of bets. Now, of course, if I lose, are you going to cover the bets, or just if I win, I make sure I split with you guys?

For those of us making the trip, we are going to be deep in enemy territory. My away game motto:

Get drunk.
Be brave.
If you are still not brave, get drunker.

What's the difference between you and a mallard with a cold? One's a sick duck. I can't remember how it ends but your mother's a whore.

I did and only got $20 out of his $175 win. OUCH!

Put down the bet and if you win we can split it! :D
