It was AWESOME BABY! A lot of posters thought he would respond with a big game and he did! I hope he has 150+ this weekend too! Also, Mason looked like he was hurt towards the end as well but stuck it out all the way through. Excellent break out game for our boy Mason.Hell's Bells wrote:no love for mason wrighting his name into the bobcat freshmen record books at least? (not even on the radio?)
I love how he is smart and doesn't over pursue the OL on their way to block but knows when to hit the hole hard when it is time. He has that 2nd gear he go into once he hits the hole which I like.

Good point to not let it go......
From todays Chronicle:
MSU tailback Aaron Mason's 193 yards Saturday was the most for the Bobcats against a Big Sky opponent since Bruce Mollock's 201 vs. Sac.St. in 2003 (not in this article, but Mason also set the record for an MSU freshman).
Mason's total was also a freshman high for all of Division I and his 7.4 yards per carry ranks him 11th in Division I-AA...
Congrats!!!
