Failing to go for it on 4th and 1 was a wrong call IMO. It took the momentum and gave it to Davis…who obviously converted it into points. Coaching moment for the coach…who won the game BTW!

Julius was running like a man possessed, there was no way Davis was going to stop him on 4th & 1. A first down and the game was done, instead we choke up a substantial lead that never should have happened. Vigens biggest downfall in my opinion is that he plays to not lose in big moments, he needs to get past that…. If the Cats had lost, it would have been on Vigen.

Yes, definitely a learning moment for Vigen. He's never been aggressive, and has always been conservative with leads late, and it almost bit us this time. But we got the win despite some questionable PIs and that lack of aggression. A huge win and things to learn from is never a bad thing.

Football is a game of bounces and momentum and boy did were we on the wrong end of all of them in the final 5 until McCade saved the day. Defense was gassed but if Julius gets a few more yards none of this madness happens. It's a weird sport but the number one objective is to win and we did. Griz week!
