Imagine that a thread that gets derailed into a piss and moan thread that somehow has Cataholic as the most central figure.
Who would've ever guessed it?

For those that were at the game how full were the bleachers behind the Bobcat bench that was supposed to be the EWU student section?
For f@&k sake. A regular complainer of the team takes a strange jab at the team again, and I call him out. Is that not allowed? Is it okay coming from Vim or Tomcat or AFCat? I don’t get it, so I will step out now.
It seems obvious that you are allowed. Those making comments about you are allowed too.
I'll take your word for it when you say you don't get it.
This same scenario has happened with you so often I can't help but wonder if you just don't want to get it.

If you're looking for someone with a little authority, I'm your man. I have as little as anyone!

I was in the Endzone 1st half, behind the Bobcat Bench 2nd half. You could hear a pin drop all game long when the Cats had the ball, all the noise came from our fans (1500?). I thought we showed out pretty well. So did Rylan " IRON " Ortt.

The State of Montana is Bobcat country.

Complainer? Tommy Mellot is the best QB in the FCS right now.

Do you not understand the difference between pointing out his worst brain fart in 4 years of QBing and 'complaining'?

Sweet Lord.
Your comment:

“True, but that doesn't explain how a 4th year starter QB gets a delay of game before the first snap of the game.”.

We are off to the best start in 70 years. Have an all time great at QB. Ranked number two in the country and will probably end up undefeated. And that was your comment??? Sorry man, but quit with the f@&$king complaining. Sit back and try to enjoy the success.

Man…. I was just trying to tell Onceacat to quit whining. We should be celebrating and he is complaining about the delay of game on the first play??. I probably could have been nicer, but the comment was so stupid that I couldn’t help myself.

Just trying to get the rules straight, but I guess nobody should respond in your mind? Should justwinbaby or bleeding blue be commenting either?

MSU also had to go into the game not knowing who the EWU quarterback would be, and it was pretty clear that they ran some different things with the backups in there than they might otherwise do in their normal offense. It wasn't always pretty out there but credit to the MSU coaches for making adjustments in game and shutting EWU down in the fourth quarter when it really mattered.
True, but that doesn't explain how a 4th year starter QB gets a delay of game before the first snap of the game.
Ummmm assuming that’s on the coaches.. could be wrong but doubt it

Mentioning a five yard delay of game penalty with such a high powered offense certainly is an interesting choice...ahoy...spec on the ass of an ant ahead.

Not being allowed to mention things that didn't go right, even for an undefeated team is crazy. You can still enjoy the great season and be realistic about the fact the team isn't perfect.

I suppose Vigen isn't bringing up any of the issues during practice and film sessions either. He's probably telling the team to enjoy the ride and stop worrying about their mistakes.

Is this a serious question? Why can the team go over their mistakes and issues, but we as fans can't? That's the point.

Are the players and coaches bad teammates and staff members for bringing up those things? No, so why is it an issue for fans to bring them up? Just because we're 9-0 doesn't mean we have to crap rainbows. Bringing up things that didn't go well isn't whining, complaining, bitching or whatever. It's being realistic. We can absolutely enjoy the ride and still critique things, just like everything else in life.

Blasphemy, while I would be much worse than Earl at coaching the Cats, I am still brilliant in my grasp of the game and the best way to wring my hands during the game.

Complainer? Tommy Mellot is the best QB in the FCS right now.

Do you not understand the difference between pointing out his worst brain fart in 4 years of QBing and 'complaining'?

Sweet Lord.
Your comment:

Complaint? Do you think that Vigen and Mellot haven't already had a conversation about it?

Its an epic brain fart thats totally out of character for the best QB in FCS & arguably the best coach in FCS.

Why cant we recognize how bad of an error that is and ALSO love watching one of the best QBs in Bobcat history lead this team to a #1 or #2 seed?

Sorry, I don't see how thats 'complaining'.

LOL, I want to be in the room when Vigen or Walker starts talking about being focused on not making unforced errors like a delay of game on the first snap...then have one of the guys say something like "Gee whiz coach, we are 9-0, why do you feel the need to complain all the time?"

Walker would have them running lines until every one of them was puking. Then they'd do it again tomorrow. And the next day.

I've been picturing this happening since this conversation started  But in my mind it's a mom (or some poster) who talked to a player Saturday after the game and the player said something about a mistake he made and the conversation that occurred because of it. Then said mom (poster) shows up to film on Sunday to scold Vigen and the staff for not just being happy we're 9-0!
