Are we subbing 2’s and 3’s in at defense now?

Offense wasn't super dominant in the first quarter and the defense is giving up more first downs than expected but overall the game is going as expected. Starting skill position players on offense and the defensive stars should be done for the day now.

Mastel played the 1st qtr at LG and Reed the 2nd. Thought JT was an upgrade but damn Burke is big.

Yes. Will be interesting to see what they do when Perk comes back. He'll be center but do you kick Wehr back out to RT and put Sain at RG? Plenty of options for Johnson to choose from.

Yeah, we were getting pressure no matter who we threw out there all game and then played it safe and paid for it.

Good:
- FCS win
- Lots of game time for the backups

Bad:
- Offense gave up another TD
- Wilson only got one pass attempt
- Jordan Reed didn't get any snaps

Ugly:
- A FG and a 3 and out by the 1st team offense
