They could yes, but you'll notice he takes a beat to gets his head up. You also can't line up over the snapper, that's a penalty at the snap.

We had 2 timeouts to work with. No reason to have tried throwing that there. They cannot stop the run. It is absolutely bull-headed for Tyler Walker to be calling drop back passing at the moment.
