Hardy
DeMarco Far was on commenting about Hardy. Said he should be the 2nd man off the bus shirtless as he had packed on the muscle.
He said if he can win his position as a starter , it would solve the outside linebacker position and problems. Sounds like the job is for him to win or to lose.

Then my money’s on him to win it. Go, Daniel!BobCatFan wrote: ↑Mon May 22, 2023 6:25 pmDeMarco Far was on commenting about Hardy. Said he should be the 2nd man off the bus shirtless as he had packed on the muscle.

Hardy has had some good stops tonight. Haven't found any clips but he's been disruptive.

Re: Hardy
Yes, Hardy was favored to be on the 2 deep. He played well in the last preseason game but guess that got discounted. Disappointing for both him and Lance because LA's Roster has tons of holes and plenty of room for cheap options out there-- particulary on the very weak OLB/Edge group.
Still think he has a decent chance to eventually latch on a 53-man this year, possibly with the Rams, but this was a missed opportunity for him.

Pretty sure he'll end up on their practice squad unless someone else grabs him firstTravelingcat wrote: ↑Tue Aug 29, 2023 12:47 pmYes, Hardy was favored to be on the 2 deep. Re: Hardy
What a massacre. Worst cutdown day I can remember.
My Steelers kept Dylan Cook, which I'm happy about. He was a griz but I root for all the Montana guys once they go pro.

Re: Hardy
It was rough, but unsurprising except for Hardy. I do think most, if not all of our guys will wind up on practice squads, and I would expect that most of them will be back on an NFL 53-man roster again at some point.BLACKnBLUEnGOLD wrote: ↑Tue Aug 29, 2023 8:59 pmWhat a massacre. I thought I made the tough business post on Hardy but it's in the McCutcheon thread. Either way. I thought Hardy did plenty for at least the PS.AFCAT wrote: ↑Wed Aug 30, 2023 2:07 pmNot brought back on the practice squad.
