At 6-5 UCD is a much better team than the Griz.
UCD doesn't have 7 FCS wins but they would get my vote over the Griz. They played well against 2nd ranked Sac.

The only way they could get in is if Idaho with the same 7-4 record gets in and 5 BSC teams get in.

Would love to see the gris sitting at home, no playoffs and no rivalry trophy’s in their “champions” center this year

I looked at the Massey ratings and the Grizzlies are ranked number 10, so I believe this will give the committee cover to put the Grizzlies in the tournament, even though those ratings sure seem flawed. However, the committee loves name brands, and the Grizzlies are also a name brand. I also wouldn’t put it by the committee to put NDSU in at 3, and MSU in at 4 so they can set up a potential SDSU/NDSU game in Frisco….as the committee loves the MVFC as well.

I would be shocked to see NDSU ahead of MSU. To me, the Top 3 are crystal clear.

Yesterday morning, I thought the Griz were out with a loss, but with the way other things broke, I think its pretty easy for them to get the last bubble spot.

I almost feel like the griz will get in, with a home game in the first round, followed by a trip to Fargo.

The griz get in which is ridiculous, and will beat SEMO at home and get to the 2nd round.

As the 5th team in the conference, with 0 quality wins, they do not deserve to get in. Period.

I, for one, am glad they got in. They can't beat a good team. Gonna be fun to watch their band wagon, know nothing fan base turn on them.

I hope Hauck is the their coach for the next 20 years. Love seeing that clown get humiliated. Good guy though...

For a much more educated prediction than I can give, what chance does anyone give SEMO?

10% Their starting QB may not play either.

In Missoula, less than 20%.

A night game (9pm their time), on the road, outside in Montana, against a team this will likely be pissed off and eager to run up the score on someone? Not good.

Eastwood, did not make it. Ball out! Recovered, by Montana State!! The Bobcats hold!!! The Bobcats hold!!!

The gris absolutely should not be in the playoffs in a meritorious system. But them being in the playoffs actually helps MSU in the future. They'll buy their first round win.

After that, they bring back the same staff next year to do it all again in the exact same way and make no significant or meaningful changes that threaten any of the top teams in the conference. Bobby will go portal shopping for some sloppy seconds or thirds 25 year old QB with one year of eligibility remaining and there will be no continuity at the position.

MSU, Sac, Idaho, and Weber will continue build and strengthen foundations for their programs that bear fruit when a head coach leaves.

UM is the university equivalent of Axe Body Spray and essential oils.

Cats pretty much gave everyone the "how to video" on beating the Griz. Full disclosure, don't know jack about SEMO and UM will be at home, so wouldn't at all be shocked if they win. Still, UM doesn't seem to do well against playoff caliber teams.

That’s where my mind is at. Don’t mind UM getting rewarded for mediocrity at all. They can flounder in it longer that way
