Question regarding Elijah Dotson

When I watched the unc game and saw Dotson was in Greeley I had to wonder why he would go from Sac to Greeley. Was it lack of playing time, lack of production? His best year was year one and then a drop off. Was just curious.

Dotson left the Sac State program mid-season last year due to a "family issue". That must have been resolved and he decided to play another year at UNCU after graduating at Sac.

He left because he was getting cucked by Asher O’Hara, Perkinson, Fulcher and Skattebo.

He had ego issues by many accounts, went vegan and all this weird stuff, changed his habits… he had his best year in 2019 under Taylor, then bounced immediately after game four in 2021 (to keep a year of eligibility). Very talented, but not a pretty ending, even though everyone was saying the right things to the newspapers…
