Hoping to see UNI beat the bison today. Would be nice to see someone else take the chipper this season.

Re: FCS Playoffs
UNI scores on their opening drive with a 25 yard TD pass, and they already have more points than um scored last week.
7-0 UNI
7-0 UNI

Re: FCS Playoffs
With Richmond upsetting Illinois State, ndsu will get to play at home in the semis if they win today.

The way these teams tackle-it's like watching a different sport from what we watch in the Big Sky.

Well shiit! It's not everyday you can get 4 drop down DT's from the SEC. JSU will ride those ponies hard.Cat Grad wrote:Notice what their defensive lines look like!!!!

That's for certain but, I know for a fact a departed staff was approached about more than a few kids...just saying.LongTimeCatFan wrote:Well shiit! More like ran over the Big Sky. Big Sky schools have a long way to go to even compete for a national title, and thoughts of any Big Sky program moving up to FBS anytime soon should be over until things improve.Montanabob wrote:Championship went through the big sky again.

SUU getting screwed out of a home game did t help, either. By far the best team in the conference this year with physical lines on both side of the ball.

Hopefully the new staff won't be so dismissive of good leads.Cat Grad wrote:That's for certain but, I know for a fact a departed staff was approached about more than a few kids...just saying.LongTimeCatFan wrote:Well shiit! SUU also ran into a team that got hot at the right time, Sam Houston, who is now in the semi's.PapaG wrote:More like ran over the Big Sky. Re: FCS Playoffs
If the committee had watched SUU during conference play at all, they would have seen it should have been SUU with the seed and not PSU, even though PSU beat them.91catAlum wrote:SUU also ran into a team that got hot at the right time, Sam Houston, who is now in the semi's.PapaG wrote:More like ran over the Big Sky. UM getting a home game is an automatic thing these days if they're in the playoffs, and it's hard to disagree with the reasoning of it. Still, SUU got screwed by having to play Sam Houston on the road in the first round.

Re: FCS Playoffs
Hard to say they got screwed when you bid for home games in the first round. They didn't get screwed any more than susumu got screwed by getting outbid by UM.PapaG wrote:If the committee had watched SUU during conference play at all, they would have seen it should have been SUU with the seed and not PSU, even though PSU beat them.91catAlum wrote:SUU also ran into a team that got hot at the right time, Sam Houston, who is now in the semi's.PapaG wrote:More like ran over the Big Sky.
