EWU put up a heck of a fight, but fell moments ago. The Griz are out earlier this afternoon. See you all next year.

BTW, bring a cheer for Cal Poly - at least one western team still in it.

On to basketball.

If I were a betting man-I'd put my money on Sac State. They look tough. How about a Big Sky tourney in the Hornet's nest? (I'm sure they would have to move it to a larger more empty venue like Portland State did last year).

How about we get that tourney in Missoula or I guess even Bozeman. At least there would be some interest. It sucks to say but on to basketball season!!

Right now I don't think either of our teams is good enough. I could be wrong-it's a long season, we'll see.
