Stat mistake?

How does this happen? Pizarro finishes ahead of Lulay in Pass Efficiency, but has more INTs, the same TDs, less yards, and a worse comp. %.

Ian Pizarro.... WSU JR 11 313 161 11(Int) 51.4% 2357 17(TD) 125.6
Travis Lulay... MSU SR 11 388 223 10(Int) 57.5% 2629 17(TD) 123.7

No, there is no mistake. The thing that hurts Lulay here is how many more attempts that he had, with how close their other stats are.

There is a goofy calculation used to determine this stat. If you want a website that will figure it out, here is a link:
