hells
i really didn't think to put it in any other section. me and a buddy were just sitting here one night, talkin' football, and talkin' about last years game. we went to bennigans with some people, and it was awesome. they did a breakfast buffet in the morning, and great food and drinks all day. there were a lot of fans of both the cats and the griz there. and why these griz fans would choose to be there, as someone asked earlier could be for many reasons. one, i dont think that ALL griz fans live in missoula. while this would be great for the rest of the country, i'm sure they are a little more spread out than that. so they were there. others were in town visiting relatives for thanksgivig. i figured if there was that many people last year when the game was in missoula, surely there would be people in town this year who cant make it to the game for a variety of reasons. and because i'm a little partial to the non-smoking, little more family oriented atmosphere, i figured that's where i'll be this year. so i just threw it out there that if anyone else was in or near the same boat as me, it comes recommended! that's all. had no idea i'd get this much crap!

Re: hells
Well, I'll be. You mean Griz fans who don't live in Missoula travel to Bozo on game day, maybe just to be close to it? Or... wait! Are you saying lots who live in Bozo are actually Griz fans?whitetrashgriz wrote:i dont think that ALL griz fans live in missoula.

Hey, I've pulled your chain enough. I know you meant your post to be an invitation to a good time, and I've tried to indicate that I understand that, while taking a little advantage of the fact that you posted it in the Smack section. Heck, if I didn't have ticket in hand, and was stranded in Bozo on game day, I'd make it Bennigans myself... sounds like a good time. You still have a crappy username, though.

mazoolla
are you trying to be an idiot? did i write anything even close to that? i don't think that people will come here to be close to the game. but it is near the holidays, and many people travel on the holidays. and with the exception of your ignorant coach who claims he will never stop in this town, many do for many reasons. also, just like there are cat fans who are forced to live in missoula, the same goes here. unfortunately we have some griz fans here. are they all griz fans? only if missoula is all bobcat fans. if you wanna stir it up, and talk trash...at least make an effort. it makes no sense to just completely make up something to try to talk crap. i know dudes like you and bearbac try to be idiots, but make an effort.

another thing missoola
wasn't it you who said that you're going to move griz headquarters to livingston? interesting. so, by your own moronic theory, that must mean that everyone in livingston is a griz fan. uh oh. i happen to know that that is not true. oh i know, griz fans must just be going to the "headquarters" to be closer to the game. you my friend, are as dUMb as they come!

Well, nice of you to say, but I don't have the wherewithal to move Griz headquarters anywhere. We're thinking it would be fun, though, to have kind of like a full night's Griz tailgate, and of course somewhere outside Bozo would work best. Some businesses in Livingston have made it known that they'll be wearing maroon themselves:whitetrashgriz wrote:wasn't it you who said that you're going to move griz headquarters to livingston?

Ok, I for one pledge to make a better effort to be an idiot. Hey... wait just a minute. Does than mean we're not idiots?!?! Hmmmm.....whitetrashgriz wrote:i know dudes like you and bearbac try to be idiots, but make an effort.

Deep down in places you don't talk about on these boards, you want us at that litter box, you need us there. We use words like standards and tradition. We use them as the backbone of a season defending something. You use them as a punch line. We have neither the time nor the inclination to explain ourselves to people who sleep under the blanket of pride we provide this state, and then question the manner in which we provide it. We would rather you just said "thank you," and went on your way. Otherwise, YOU produce something worthy of pride. Either way, we don't give a damn what you pray for.Hell's Bells wrote:pray for lots of snow and mechanical malfunctions for cat griz

Ok, just one more question before I excuse you. If Hauck's boys ALWAYS follow orders and never take matters into their own hands, then WHY did they let Eastern Washington trample them and win the game when coach Hauck SPECIFICALLY ordered them not to lose???
Heh Heh. Man I absolutely love that movie...
