Satellite Coordinates for MSU/Cal Poly Game

Post by kmax » Wed Sep 14, 2005 5:58 pm

I got a response back on the satellite coordinates for the MSU/Cal Poly game in case any of you want to try and find a bar with a dish to pick up the broadcast.
Thanks for your interest.
I'm more than happy to give you the satellite information.
Please keep in mind as you attempt to set your satellite dish that this is
a digital feed only.
AMC5 is the satellite, symbol rate is 06511, FEC is 3/4, with horizontal
polarization.

This means absolutely nothing to me as I have never dealt with dishes, but I am guessing someone with a dish that could pick this up would know what to do with this information.

If anyone finds someplace that will pull up the game for them be sure to post back in case there are others in the area that would like to join you.

Won't the game be on KFBB (ch. 5) out of Great Falls?

Yes, those in Montana don't need to worry as it will be broadcast in all large markets. This is just for anyone outside Montana that would like to find a way to see the game.

I called the Swinging Door here in Spokane and convinced the guy there to play it as long as he can get it. He is reserving a spot for 15 CAT Fans! It is lovated of Monroe and Francis if anyone wants to come!
