IT IS GAMEDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The best way to catch the game on the internet is XL Country's website, which will link you to SportsJuice. That way you can listen to Kris Atterbury. If you want to listen to the OSU guys you can catch it on Yahoo! Sports.
Let's show OSU what top notch I-AA football is all about!!

I have been searching around and what I came up with is their athletics website has a link to what they call MVP. MVP replays the games either live or delayed for a fee. The Cat game is listed as an MVP delayed. I read some posts on the Okie state board and there was mention of the delay for FB games in the past was one day.
You can get MVP for $10.00/month. Some other posts mentioned that the webcast is not the greatest, but at least you get to watch it if you have a broadband connection.
If the game is any good, meaning close and high scoring, I may get the MVP.

Montana State at OSU: Uncertainty surrounds Cowboys
By BILL HAISTEN World Sports Writer
9/3/2005
STILLWATER -- During the 2004 preseason, the Oklahoma State offense seemed dysfunctional.
A redshirt freshman quarterback, Donovan Woods was attempting to gain confidence. Nagging injuries sidelined the top two tailbacks, Vernand Morency and Seymore Shaw. The Cowboys didn't appear to be ready for a road game against a Pac-10 opponent.
That appearance was deceiving. At the Rose Bowl for the season opener, OSU dominated UCLA, rushing for 426 yards in a 31-20 triumph.
The same Cowboys who had seemed so lethargic suddenly were dynamic. During the first five games of the '04 season, O-State might have been one of the 15 best teams in college football. The Cowboys rolled to a 5-0 start by averaging 41 points, 285 rushing yards and 408 total yards per game.
This August, once again, it has been difficult to get a real feel for how the Cowboys might be offensively. OSU first-year coach Mike Gundy hasn't decided whether Woods or redshirt freshman Bobby Reid is his best quarterback. Gundy says he has "no idea" what to expect from tailbacks Mike Hamilton, Julius Crosslin and Calvin Roberts.
Woods, still in the starting role, and Reid both are expected to play in Saturday's season-opening contest against Division I-AA Montana State.
The 6 p.m. contest is expected to draw a crowd of 45,000 to 48,500-seat Boone Pickens Stadium.
"There are so many uncertainties," said the 38-year-old Gundy, the youngest head coach in Division I-A. "I'm just worried about the young players being able to handle playing on Saturdays, in a big-time environment.
"I'm glad that this week is here. I'm ready to play a game. I want to know what the quarterbacks are going to do. I want to know what the running backs are going to do."
Since the start of preseason practice, the Woods-Reid competition has commanded the constant attention of fans and media.
"You can't judge our offense by what you've seen in August," Cowboy linebacker Lawrence Pinson said. "Our defense knows what our offense is doing. When the quarterback changes the play at the line, we know what play they're going to run. So, it's not fair to judge our offense by what you've seen in practice. The teams we're playing, they haven't seen this offense. I definitely think you'll see us having success on offense."
Asked whether opposing defenses could be rattled by the pace of OSU's new no-huddle, spread offense, Pinson replied, "Yes, absolutely. It's tough to get used to that fast tempo."
While throwing 13 touchdown passes last season, Woods was intercepted only five times. "As long as we're winning games and staying away from turnovers, that's the biggest thing," he said. "Protecting the ball is the most important part of making the offense go."
Reid is eager for his first game action since December 2003, when he carried his North Shore High School team to the Texas Class 5A Division I state championship.
"If I make a mistake, then I make a mistake," Reid said. "I've got another down coming up. I just take it that way."
Sports Illustrated has labeled Oklahoma State's nonconference schedule as one of the five "wimpiest" in college football. After facing the Bobcats, the Cowboys play at Florida Atlantic on Thursday and host Arkansas State on Sept. 17.
While Montana State is ranked 18th nationally in Division I-AA, and does have a quality quarterback in senior Travis Lulay, the Bobcats seem significantly outmanned on Saturday. When comparing the speed, size and depth of a Big 12 Conference team with that of a Big Sky squad, the differences are considerable. Montana State is matched for the first time with a Big 12 opponent.
"Athletes always want to test themselves against the best," Bobcat coach Mike Kramer said. "Playing a team from the Big 12 presents that challenge. Playing against a team like Oklahoma State speeds you up. It makes you play faster. From that point on, nothing you see seems too fast."

I had a very real dream last night. The Cats and Pokes were tied up at 44 with less than a minute left, then I was rudely woken up by loud banging on my door. It was such a vivid dream, it has to be true, right?

Hi everyone - grettings from steamy Stillwater! I just talked to Coach Kramer and he is very excited about getting things started this season. He spent most of the conversation talking about the stadium and specifically the turf here. He said he thinks we will have a similar surface in Bobcat Stadium within 2 years. He said the boys are ready to play a game and he thinks we are going to show very well today. My biggest concern is the heat and crowd. I have the camera ready to go so I will try and get some good shots for everyone back home. Talk to you after the game.

Torry, you are sharp as a scalpel as always, and may I say, the Cats are gonna sock it to OSU tonight. They may not win, but we have had a good history of hitting D-1A teams in the mouth early. The best example would be Wazzu a few years back when Jon Montoya hit Jason Gesser and effectively ended his Heisman hopeful run. I reminded Brant Birkland on Thursday that these guys are just D-1 like him so he should bust some chops early just to set the tone. I am pumped for this.......
