Let's have some fun part VI
Another Wednesday, another discussion:
1) How do we play this week? Like a team of superior talent that dominates the whole game? Or, like a team still trying to put together a complete game?
2) Offensive standout?
3) Defensive standout?
4) What can we expect out of the special teams this week?
5) Do we play injured players this week? The whole game? A part of the game?
6) How do we score our first touchdown?
7) Is it going to rain on Saturday during the game?

Barring a special teams fiasco, I would expect to see a lopsided score and a big win for the Cats on Saturday. I expect to see Evin Groves and Michael Jefferson turn in great performances. I'd like to see some of the younger receivers, e.g., Lulay, Brown and Green get a chance to turn some heads. Rolo should have a better day than he had last week.
Again, given a blocked punt or an errant long snap, the outcome may rely heavily on a defense that we can count on to show up. This week, I'm hoping against hope that the special teams coach will get the right number of players on the field before the play clock runs out.

1. We should come out ready to play this week. I do not see it being a nail biter on Saturday.
2. I think the offensive standout will be Lewis this week (total offense). Jefferson will get his but Lewis takes a punt to the house and ends up with over 200 total yards.
3. Our D front will dominate this game. 6 sacks, 3 turnovers.
4. As far as punting goes it is up in the air. Like I said before, I think Lewis will take a punt back this week.
5. Is Force still a little banged up? If he is I think he will play since we have two weeks to heal.
6. 20-30 yard pass to either Lewis or Jefferson.
7. No idea, haven't looked at the forecast.

1. I think we really need to have a complete game. We need to not sit back on our haunches and squeak one out. With the bye week to follow it would be really good to go into that with a throttling prior to Cat/Fizz.
2. Offensive Standout - Tyler Lulay...he's gonna finally get a chance to play a little and have 100+ receiving and two TD's
3. I think we sit Force after a bit so I would say the big game this week comes from Kolone...2 sacks and 2 batted balls
4. Special teams will once again be special as we aren't really changing anything except snappers. I think Force averages 28yds/punt and we have another one blocked (our only weak spot of the game).
5. We play our starters to get their blood pumping but as we start to pull away we give some of the younger guys some touches.
6. We get our first touch down on a 23yd seam to Lil' Lulay.
7. You'll get a little drizzle but not much (but hell I'm a football predictor not a weather man)
Final Score - Cats 38, Bears 14 (they get two late scores).
Have a great game guys, I'll be down in Boise...GO CATS!!!

Re: Let's have some fun part VI
1) How do we play this week? This one is a toss up. Need to have game, but NCU doesn't scare anyone.
2) Offensive standout? Jefferson, a big point was made out of him not getting the ball. I think that will be solved this week.
3) Defensive standout? Simple one, Daily or possibly LaBlanc if he plays. NCU is a running team. Thus LBs will need to have a great day stopping the run (thus Daily)
4) What can we expect out of the special teams this week?
Roll punts by Bolton (until that goes south, which hopefully it will not). Force will not punt with injury unless needed.
Fisher to have another great day on kickoffs/touch backs. He did great last week.
5) Do we play injured players this week? The whole game? A part of the game?
Simple answer is YES. We NEED THIS GAME, and we have a week off. Also as Long as Jack is in, OL stays in place and Jack will play the entire game (saving Cory's leg and Rasmussen's redshirt). Force might be the only one rested.
6) How do we score our first touchdown?
Groves off the edge (probably left).
7) Is it going to rain on Saturday during the game?
No, maybe, Yes. Should be the only thing in doubt if things go right.

1) Dominate 1st half let some second teams play in the 2nd half
2) T.Lulay!! Amazing hands and half way quick. If he is playing the z he will be open across the middle all afternoon.
3) C. Lowe I have been waiting for him to have a big year and I have been disapointed. 3 sacks 4 tackles for loss
4) We get the punk off every time!! No snaps over boltons head. Lewis takes one back!
5) Part of the game. we rest our injured players the majority of the game. They will propably play till we get a lead
6) Rolo finds Lulay on a post
7) Calling for a high of 46 i bet we get snow before rain
