The Molly was good. We were there at the same time...
Their softball team was surely no slouch...
I was trying to remember all the others in town...Rocking R, VFW (not exciting), a couple further west...

Bermuda Triangle. Hauf, Molley and and and. Damn. What was the third.

Off to Mannys for ham hash browns and eggs for a buck fifty after closing.

Remember when Manny moved from across the street from his original bldg to increase his seating from 6 to 7.

Pretty heady

I liked St George and The Dragon, and The Underground, but closer to campus I liked The Orehouse. Could walk back to the dorm.

Yea dollar pitchers at the George. The drinking age was 18 when I went to school. I turned 18 my freshman year, and nobody would card me. First try was the Molly.

The trouble with St George and the Dragon was you stuck to that nasty orange shag carpet. Was the Orehouse before or after the Gold Rush? And who could forget a keg burger at the Knotty Keg.

Hamburger steak, hash browns and eggs was $3.65 when I was in college, That and a quart of milk and you were good to go. I miss the Oaks too. I have an old collegian magazine some where with a picture of a couple friends and I in Manny's on the cover.

Aww the good ole days, Little Johns, Oaks, St George, Gold Rush, and wasn't there a Tequila Willy's out on the east end for a couple years that ended up a sports bar for a couple more? And how many bought beer at the Hinky Dinky?
