New property management company in Bozeman

Just letting my Bobcat brethren know that I have started a new property management company in Bozeman; Platinum Property Management, LLC. The company's goals are to provide a superior level of service to our owners through exceptional communication, caring for their properties as if it were our own, and being responsive to our tenant's needs. As this is my company, and it is not a side job for me, I will be dedicated to seeing through on this promise personally, passionately, and full time!

We are literally just starting and are finally ready to acquire residential properties to manage. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. Rented 2 places from them as well as many other friends and everything was amazing. Very lenient on things and super willing to help. Have a bad experience?

What percentage fee will you charge?

RTB- Our standard fee is going to be 8%. We are offering an incentive to property owners the first 60 days that we are operating. We will honor the management fee you have currently in place with other companies. We will ask owners to sign a 6 month contract to allow us to prove the value of our services. Upon completion of that time, the rate will change to our standard one and the management agreement will go to a month-to-month one.
