1.4 million....I'm thinking that is a screaming deal. Chico Hot Springs is just down the road and YNP is so close, you too could have a wolf problem!

My dad grew up in the area and I have had relatives in Pray for most of my life. I would love to be able to convince a banker to give me a loan for that purchase.
