Do the food vendors (particularly those under the grandstands and endzone) take credit/debit cards or just cash?

I''ve always used cash, but my buddy who's going for the first time asked me about debit cards... anyone? thanks!

I think I've seen them take cards.

They definitely do, there is a separate line for credit cards. I don't know about the BBQ place, but the concession stands do.
