Want to put up an avatar.....How do I change pix

Most are 3.5KiB-5.5 KiB but the pixel size is probably double.....What do I do? Windows 7, FireFox.....I right-click on the image but it only gives the properties. Thanks

Where are you trying to get the image from?
You'll probably need to save the image on your computer somehow and then just shrink it in paint or photoshop to the desired dimensions.

I went to Montana State University images and just found the ones I wanted and "Save as".....I will try to take them to a Photoshop program and see what happens......Thanks

Resized all the photos I will probably use.....These programs in Windows 7 are, or seem to be, different than XP.....

I always wondered how to get an avatar and how to get it the right size but never asked. Now I know and now I have a nice new avatar! Thanks guys!
