This is an example of how it is done. You need a 4 board, 3 board, 2 board and a single board. Start with the 4 board and work down. I am not personally fond of the one board but the two board is great for building strength. This guy just touches the board but it is ok to use the board for leverage since you are trying to lift more than your capable of.
