Question on attending practice
My family will be in Bozeman this Saturday, and I thought it would be fun to catch the afternoon football practice. I've never been to a practice, so is there anything I need to know? Do we just show up, walk in, and sit wherever? etc.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Question on attending practice
Yep, just show up and enjoy. I try to get in practice when ever I pass through Bozeman on business. They can be a lot of fun, especally watching the young guys work. They guys you generally don't see during a game.

Canyon, if the guys are practicing in the stadium park in the stadium parking, if they are practicing on the field across the stree be careful where you park. Apparently some of the guys who park at the very end of the fieldhouse lot (while school is out) to watch the practices on the grass field have recently received parking tickets from the friendly campus po po.

Really??? What the hell for? If school is out the place is wide open. Does this include parking in the lot up along Kagy? The south end?kcatz wrote:Canyon, if the guys are practicing in the stadium park in the stadium parking, if they are practicing on the field across the stree be careful where you park. They drill people all summer long during summer camps--it's stupid.canyoncat wrote:Really??? What the hell for? If school is out the place is wide open. It's not stupid. They are just enforcing the rules. If you don't like it cough up the $2.50 for a day pass, park in the pay lot, buy a parking pass, or get the punch pass that you can use anytime on the days you choose. Those are all better options than a $60 parking ticket.LTown Cat wrote:They drill people all summer long during summer camps--it's stupid.canyoncat wrote:Really??? What the hell for? Re: Question on attending practice
Well to me I guess it is pretty stupid when I send 2 kids to bball camp at a total of roughly $500 that they give out parking tickets when I am there all because I don't go find their office (wherever that is) and get the pass. I would think they could lay off of the fieldhouse lots during camps. Didn't intend to get ya pissy BC.

Retiring my moniker. It's time to ride off into the sunset. It's been a fun ride. Go Cats.

Re: Question on attending practice
Just park at the stadium. Nowhere does it say you can't park there unless it's on a gameday.
Don't let this distract you from the fact that the griz blew a 22-0 lead.
