Any word on the future of our club? As we all know, it was Kramer's baby. It'll be interesting to hear what Larry, Tommy, and "Father" have to say about this.
I know I'll be asking for my dues back before I let Fields absorb the QBC funds.
I can't imagine the next H.C. having the energy to keep up the schedule Krames had set. Cutbacks in the future, I'm sure.

I am not a Bobcat Club member, but based on your response to this, Mr. Timmer's response in the GF Tribune, and I am sure many of the other QBC member's who got to know Kramer on a different level I would really like to see the entire Quarterback Club pull together their members and let Dr. Gamble know Peter is no longer wanted to lead the athletic department. The Kramer situation is done and can not be taken back, but your clubs can have a big impact on the positive future of MSU by helping Gamble realize what needs to be done. When Peter is gone and a new AD and coach are hired we all as fans can get behind them and show they why MSU is special!!

I don't think that is going to be a problem. Peter has been getting lukewarm reviews from the booster population for quite a while now. This certainly won't endear him any further. Being a compliance oriented AD isn't a bad thing, and Peter was just what we needed when he was hired. But a lot of people are getting tired of his 'head-in-the-sand' routine.rtb wrote:I would really like to see the entire Bobcat Club pull together their members and let Dr. Gamble know Peter is no longer wanted to lead the athletic department.

While I share in your frustration, I would make a plea to all QBC members to not pull your money. Please don't hurt the football program and cripple our players by taking away the funding that allows them to be successful. I will miss Big Mike as much as everyone else here, but we need to accept whoever our new coach is with open arms (and pocketbooks). If you want to take out your frustrations, do it by voicing your opinion to President Gamble, who is a reasonable man that truly listens to people.GavinDonos wrote:Any word on the future of our club? I'm not going to quit QBC if there is still one. That money was raised specifically for the benefit of the football team to offset the high cost of fielding a competitive team these days. What I'm saying is that I'll ask for a refund before I let Fields generalize the QBC funds.BozoneCat wrote:

My financial support for MSU athletics will never be in question. I assure you that is not what I'm getting at.
