Great idea having locker rooms and offices near the track. It’s going to look sharp.

This could be accomplished in a few stages without great expense. Good to see these ideas in process.

Yeah, and it was one of my dreams to get the track team some decent facilities. I love it.

This should really help with recruiting.

What is the reason that NAU is so popular with T&F and X country? Could this be an equalizer?

Good question, I have no idea. I know NAUs altitude is very beneficial to their long distance track training. I did look at a video of their facilities, that was shot a few years ago, and I didn't see anything more spectacular than what the Cats have for football and basketball. They mentioned in the video some high and low altitude training treadmills for track, but that's about it. From MSU's new fitness center, the new indoor track complex, and a new dedicated track facility, I'm sure MSU would rank up there with any Big Sky program. The new fitness center has some dedicated training rooms for skiing and I'm sure they could work track into that as well. If you want to see a superior track facility, go look at Oregon's. Sheeesh! I toured the Oregon track stadium before the football game in September and it was amazing.
