Staven breaks school record in the heptathlon by 300 points, gets an auto for conference and fell just short of getting an NCAA provisional mark. Freshman Jeff Mohl gets an auto bid to conference as well.

Congratulations to Asa and Jeff for their outstanding early performances! I see Asa qualifying in the near future for the NCAA's while I am excited about the future for Jeff and the Cats.
