That’s awesome! Hope he actually gets some minutes. Kid can shoot, and they need that.

Re: Seth Amunrud
Wow, I had to double check those stats to make sure they were correct! 47% from 3 on enough attempts to average 20+ PPG is crazy. And here's the local player people on here have been clamoring for. Logie appears to be doing really well with his transfers this year.

Re: Seth Amunrud
Where did the kid from Livingston come from about a decade ago. Blanking on his name ATM... Thought I was DCC as well...?
Eric Curry STILL makes me sad.

Ladan Ricketts? I believe he played for Sheridan College in Wyoming before coming to MSU.

Re: Seth Amunrud
Makes sense to me, I watched one game in which he kicked a 50-yard field goal at the end of the first half and then hit a walk-off grand slam in overtime. Different rules at the JC level, they do take some getting used to.wapiti wrote: ↑Tue May 06, 2025 7:16 amFrom that article how does someone average 2.8 sports a game?nanacat wrote: ↑Tue May 06, 2025 7:09 amSeems like an awesome pick up.

Yep, that's who I was thinking of, just had the wrong school. Thanks for the correction.

Good to see my former West High teammate Wyatt Woodhall’s name. He passed away four years ago next week. His nephew Hunter won the gold medal for the 400m at the 2024 Paralympics in London.SonomaCat wrote: ↑Tue May 06, 2025 11:26 pmNot even many D-1 over time -- looking forward to watching this sharpshooter at MSU!

Nice article all-around for those unfamiliar with Hunter, and he’s so far in his athletic career and has an amazing wife who’s a regular Olympian, too.

“Wyatt is the most selfless person that has ever been in my life and that I've ever had the pleasure of knowing,” Hunter said. “He had such a big impact in my life. He was there from the time I was born and my parents were having to go through the decision to amputate my legs. He and the rest of the Woodhall family was there through that whole experience”
Hunter looked down, then smiled fondly.
“Even when he was sick and things weren’t easy for him, Wyatt would still focus on others and try to give the best to everyone,” Hunter said. “It didn’t matter if it was his family, his friends or even strangers. Wyatt was selfless.”

He just missed 50/40/90! Larry Bird would be so disappointed.wapiti wrote: ↑Tue May 06, 2025 7:16 amFrom that article how does someone average 2.8 sports a game?nanacat wrote: ↑Tue May 06, 2025 7:09 amSeems like an awesome pick up.

(I'm not disappointed. He sounds like a good recruit)
