I wonder what those guys would have done if Danny had stayed one more year. Do they still portal? Did that uncertainty in the roster stability make it easier for Danny to leave for Utah State?
In an alternate reality, if the 2022-23 team comes back with no transfers, I think MSU would have been receiving some votes at the end of the AP Top 25 weekly totals by the end of the season and a possible 12/13 seed in the tournament.

I think at least one, maybe two, would have portaled. It would have been amazing had the team stuck together though and we could have seen what they could have accomplished.
