Re: WBB All Big Sky Selections
Well deserved by all. Leia has really had some impact off the bench. Peyton Ferris won that award also. Kola just got better and better. Darian is just a force of nature. And Coach Bin? Does she only get one-third of her bonus? Good job, ‘Cats. Now, let’s just win the tournament. I’m happy it’s a neutral site and doesn’t give all the advantage to the “winner”, since there are three winners. I feel like NAU would be the only favorite if everybody had to try to find Flagstaff. Now, I like our chances — very much. This may be the best argument for a neutral court from a competition standpoint.

Tori Tori Tori was also the top reserve in the 2019-2020 season.Bobcat4Ever wrote: ↑Thu Mar 02, 2023 5:25 pmWell deserved by all. Leia has really had some impact off the bench. Somewhat surprised with Beattie’s top reserve award, although well-deserved and happy for her. Closest thing to a snub for the Cats might be Deden not being honored, but I’m biased. Note that Limardo, a full-time starter for three years with more minutes played than anyone not named Darian White, blanked again in the awards arena.

Re: WBB All Big Sky Selections
Limardo doesn’t have the paper stats — the fact that she is a relentless space-eating defender who can knock the ball free and run in the open court gets lost. Unless you are a KJ fan and enjoy watching her frustrate smaller guards and wings.
