New 6k seat arena for Sac State.

Yesterday, a vote finalized a fee increase to build the arena/events center Sac State students voted for in 2004. When the bubble burst it delayed the project as funding dried up. However, in 2014 construction will officially begin on a state of the art facility that will surely be the toast of the Big Sky...! Now, if we could improve the product on the court....

Congratulations Kadeezy. Having watched basketball at "The Nest" the best things I can say about that place are it is quaint and, well, it is quaint. I think this will really help out the recruiting aspects for a team that should be much better down the road.

Kadeezy. I can't find anything that states this project was approved by whoever has the final say at Sac. State?? Some of the news is pretty interesting on how the student vote was accomplished and by such a low % of the enrollment numbers. I do hope it gets final approval.
