Wow. That's a really difficult place to play.

But....WOW.

Another ugly year in the BSC, unless Weebs can carry the torch. PSU got blasted (even worse than the Griz) by Oregon State yesterday. Seriously, games against teams like OSU and UNM should at least be competitive for BSC schools.

Will Huse be the 3rd coach to step down in the Big Sky before the season is over?

Listening to Lasky try to put a positive spin on this is just painful. I don't know how this suckage can be defended by he sure is trying.

I'll bet Coach Larry K down in Utah could find a place for him. It doesn't look like it's going to work out up here. Very sad.

Agreed lets move on, he has had enough time with little success and absolutely no community excitement.

Lasky: The Lobos have only outscored us by 1 in the second half! He's like Bob Uecker..."just a bit outside".

We're behind 72-34. "But MSU has played much better in the second half." Per Jeff Lasky.

Who are we playing against by now-I would guess they've started suiting up the water boys?

It's sad as Brad is an awesome guy, his family is established in Bozeman so that's tough to see, but when you choose that profession it's had to settle in one spot.

91-46 final. Most embarrassing road trip in the history of MSU Bobcat basketball.

Combine the Cat scores from the last two games and New Mexico still wins tonight. Plus side, at least they scored more than 36 points today...small victories, right?!?!?

At least New Mexico wouldn't have beat us by double digits if we use the last two game totals for the Cats!

Don't let this distract you from the fact that the griz blew a 22-0 lead.

Quoted for truth. Some drastic changes need to happen quickly to bring MSU Basketball back to the limelight.

If you're gonna get beat this bad, might as well recruit local so at least you can say that you're playing kids from in-state.

I really hate that the guys are heading into the BS conference schedule on such a low note after this dismal road trip. I'm afraid though that I saw this coming, since we lost most of our guys from last year. I was hoping all the newcomers could turn things around, but it doesn't look very promising at this point. I'm not sure how we will do regarding competing in the Big Sky this year. Are we really this bad or is the conference way down? Sometimes I wish that we had the equivalent of an "FCS" in basketball.

CHanging the topic a bit, if you want to see a team that WILL compete for a Big Sky championship this year, AND is loaded with Montana talent, come out to watch the women's MSU team play. If you haven't seen them yet, you are in for a treat.

The grass was not greener, at least not yet.

You needed to at least pepper in a great year here and there. Instead we just are consistently middle of the road in a middle of the road (at best) conference. And some years we are less than that, but we haven't been better than that since what, 2002?

The "good" thing about being in the bsc is that nonconference games are are absolutely meaningless.
