Does anybody remember the last time that an MSU team went to Colorado? I sure do...
And better yet, does anyone remember what happened the last time that the Bobcats and Buffaloes met? (I do again...it was in 1998 and let's just say that the Cats won against CU in Bozeman.)

But seriously, CU is a very young team, and MSU is a fairly young team. We'll see how these two teams match up, but it should be a good contest.

I thought you were talking about the football team.

The main thing that I took home (200 miles home) from the first game was the toughness of this team. They played hard almost the entire game. With about 3-4 minutes left in the 1st half I thought they really got a little frustrated and started to make desperate choices. I was afraid that Nevada would come out and just blow them away in the first 5 minutes of the second half, but this team came out righted the ship and just played tough basketball. There were a lot of things the cats can/could improve on based on the Nevada game, but what I want to see is can this team bring the same toughness when they are presented presented with more adversity playing away from home. That toughness and discipline is what I think make or break this team. The rest of the things will come as they get more practices and games under there belt.

I was in the first line. But of course, this particular thread is about basketball. It was a small attempt at levity and humor.

This would be a terrible loss. We owned about 35 of the 40 minutes tonight.
