Funny, ESPN game cast is ahead of the tv.

Incredible defensive effort by the cats! I guess, even though I know he’s not gonna play in critical minutes, I’m surprised that Walker is the only Cats player that didn’t get in the game.

Did not expect that. Maybe we make this our home arena. There’s something about this place.

It really wasn't that long ago that you just assumed MSU would lose their first tournament game every year, and other than that one blip in 2009 when they upset UM and Weber and made the championship game you would have been right to assume that.

Where was the team all season? 8)

Nice to see.
They did play well vs Northwestern and Wisconsin I thought. And beat Omaha who finished 1st and won tourney in the Summit. So there were stretches early, bit also some bad losses.

Darling looked like he wanted to enter the transfer portal mid game.

So no Walker again? From the pictures I saw from the game he was cheering and smiling so he must be okay with it. Something clearly needed to change as this is a very different team. Hard to believe sitting one player would make that much difference.

Yeah he did - terrible body language.

Anyone really think Darling is going to spend the next two seasons in Pocatello? Yeah, neither do I. Looked to me like he mentally entered the transfer portal at 8:58 of the second half when he had a lackadaisical turnover on offense and then Jed hit a three at the other end to put MSU up by 26.

Darling's attitude bugs me. He whines alot to the refs. He just comes across as a selfish player. As you said body language. I was more impressed with the other dud on their team.

I think it's more than just sitting Walker, they also haven't played BJ Kolly at all the last three games. Clearly Logie has found something that is working, whether it can keep going for two more games against UNC and (likely) the Griz remains to be seen.

Looking great so far, Cats up 32-20 late in the first half! Roger and his sign were just prominently featured on the TV broadcast. Griz fans everywhere are scratching their heads in confusion due to math being involved.
Like
I'm also sitting right next to Lexi Deden and Taylee Chirrick. They're really nice!

Post game interview from today's win over ISU. Coach Logie really explained so clearly what the team is more able to do both offensively and defensively without Walker on the court. At the same time he gave Walker due credit for being a good player, an important part of the team and also handling the change well. Can't help but think Logie's Grandpa would be very proud of his success and how he goes about his business.
