Go buy a griz shirt, nothing about the Cats is going to please you- waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa...........

11-12 on free throws. At least that has improved...it would be nice if we could get everything going for one game. It's like we do very well in one category but forget there are others...

Don't let this distract you from the fact that the griz blew a 22-0 lead.

Too bad we don't get a good draft pick if we lose out. :penalty:

I've been watching Bobcat basketball for about 35 years. This is one of the worst stretches I've ever seen.

Sure Weber's hitting all those threes. They're wide open. Most D-1 college players will hit that shot when wide open...except the Bobcats.

No good on offense or defense. No good period.

It's like this team doesn't even practice. Do we shoot the ball in practice?

Seriously-are you defending this crap basketball. The only way a team this bad can be defended is if they had a bunch of injuries, sickenss, or multiple deaths in the family.

They haven't invented the instrument that can measure the level of suckage from this team.

When a team shoots 63% from 3 point line and 54 % from the field...you will probably win. WSU was just on fire..although we didn't guard the 3 to save our lives.

I have no idea why McCall, Reid, Budnich, Tre Johnson are not getting major minutes. I just watched Tre sky 3 times the time it took the defender to jump once.

I hate rosy glasses wearing blind optimists too, so we're even.

No we're not, I'm not happy either, I just don't whine about it.

BTW, my glasses are Blue and Gold.

Listening to Huse on the post game show. I am seriously concerned that Huse is in extreme denial. He used terms like "postives", "I was pleased", "we can build on this", "happy with everything but the score". "Half our shots were threes-that's just a bit too many." ARE YOU FRICKEN KIDDING ME. COME ON MAN!

If I was the only one whining, I could see your point. Just not sure why are you singling me out, calling me a bad fan, and telling me to stop rooting for the team.

By the way bud, whining about someone else whining... is whining.

I never called you a bad fan and I never told you to stop rooting for the team. But you're probably the biggest whiner on this board and that goes back a few years. Just a fact. Sorry.

Whatever man, not gonna get into a pissing match with you. I'll be watching the Lady Cats even up the score with Weber for the day at 7.

Tre Johnson is probably one of our best forwards at this point. I agree he needs WAY more PT.

Was this the same Weber State that beat the Griz by 16 the other night ?

What has me really worried is we've lost 5 in row and had our doors blown off in 4 of those. 4 of the 5 games in this losing streak were lost in the first 10 minutes. We're not ready to play. Why? We've only held a lead once in those five games (for a short time against the griz). We've scored less than 50 in two of those games and less than 60 tonight.

What happened? Is something going on behind the scenes? I've got a bad feeling that something is hideously wrong.

I think all of us realize that something is missing and they are not playing very well . I just choose not to bash young men who put alot of effort into what they do, on and off the court.

I hadn't really questioned the team's effort before today. There were several plays where there was a loose ball and the only players hitting the deck were the guys wearing white and purple. The question I have now is has this team given up on its coach. Huse has recruited some decent talent. We have seen glimpses from Budinich, Reid, and Johnson which could point to some real positives in the future, but will we ever see the talent realized? The biggest example I can provide would be Danny Piepoli. He came in as a heralded shooter and since his freshman year he has actually regressed as a shooter.

I know this is an overgeneralization, but it seems that MSU doesn't run a real offense other than iso's on the wing and let Howard or Rush try to take their guy one on one. Yes it has been argued that the shooting percentages have been high against the Cats so that could make it harder to win, but a lot of that has to do with actually getting out there to get a hand up when the guy is shooting so it isn't an open shot. I would love to be able to be positive about this team right now but it is really difficult after days like today. That won't stop me from cheering for them, but man...
