One of my first "dates" with my current Grizzly Wife. My other Bobcat friends couldn't stop giggling on the way to the Rocking R after the game. Boy was she pissed!!

well...not exactly. he did crack the top 15 in the conference that year in shooting percentage at almost 46 percent so that's not bad considering how much he shot the ball. it is certainly not his "fault" that he was on a bad team. however, really the only thing that woudl put carlos in the same sentence as one of msu's all-time greats would be the fact that he ledt the conference in scoring one season. well, he was the only guy on our team taking shots, and on occasion his shot selection was a factor in wins AND losses.

carlos took over 400 shots that season. far and away more than ANYONE in the conference. in fact only 3 people even attempted more than 300 and the closest to carlos was 2-time big sky p.o.y. dominguez at portland state and he shot 325 times! carlos brought nothing else to the court other than his 13+ shots a game, good defense, and major competiveness. he was unable to get teammates involved, didn't get steals, or really do anything else besides shoot a lot.

i mean...i might as well say casey durham is one of msu's all-time greats.....
