They mentioned a helmet to the knee, he 'limped' off but hasn't returned.

Excellent game Cats. I hate to think how the game last week would have turned out if Jefferson could catch like that against us. Congrats on a great game.

He should be fine for next week. This is a cold day. Warm it up and it will really hurt. But it should loosen up.

From what I gathered at the game, they called a timeout but I'm not completely sure.

Great day! We really stepped on their throat early and didn't let them up for air. Which is smart because I think if that Furman outfit got going they could be tough to stop. But they're not a come from behind kind of team.
Our two cornerbacks were their nemesis. Austin was returning punts, recoverning fumbles, and really rattling their receivers (he goaded one into a unsportsmanlike penalty in the first half).
Fuller had an interception and knocked down several passes.
Not bad for no-name defense with no all conference players. Thanks Big Sky coaches-you obviously don't know anything.
When I saw Furman's big running back and quarterback both limping noticeably in the first half I knew we had it. They were just too dinged up against a Bobcat defense that was running down hill all day.
The play of the game: Fisher's kickoff that landed right before the goal line and somehow bounced backwards (it defied the laws of physics). That led to them punting at the back of the enzone and us blocking it. That was the ballgame right there.

The Bobcats finally played a complete game today, and look at the result! I wish we would have done this all year long. But that has to be the most wonderful Bobcat football game I've ever seen. I won't pick apart postgame analysis by part because it was all good, even the punting. I won't miss this little detail, however.
DON'T LOOK NOW, BUT THE MONTANA STATE BOBCATS WILL BE PLAYING FOOTBALL IN DECEMBER!
