I wish for the following things:
1. In short yardage (really short) situations, I'd like to see a QB sneak;
2. I'd like to see the QB pump fake now and then;
3. The coaching staff to recognize they need to change something or start doing something else to carry the momentum to, and throughout, the second half;
4. GW not to disappear;
5. The team is able to develop a killer instinct and not just sit on a lead but increase a lead. CLOSE THE DEAL!! ;
6. The team to feed off all the takeaways they had against the Griz and continue to produce more (preparation meets opportunity!).

All points I thought of, ESPECIALLY #2. I'm tired of shotgun formations on 3rd and 1, or even plain runs on 3rd and inches. Just follow the big boy straight up. I don't think we've done this once.

The shotgun formations on 3rd and short when we were running the ball pretty effectively right up the gut was ridiculous. We have a national championship caliber defense but they can't do it all, if the offense could put up some points early in the game we could definately advance far in this thing. I think we often go away from our strong suits and face 3rd and 8, 3rd and 9 situations way too often. Get a 5 yard pass on first down and the playbook opens up.
