Congrats ladies you played hard even though adversity seemed to follow. I know it was hard to swallow that you were holding up the rest of the conference, but for those of us who have followed you through thick and thin we know what was left on the floor and what should have been left in the locker room or on the practice court. All of you battled through thick and thin and on many occasions you were very competitive. Unfortunately it did not translate into enough wins to continue the season. I hope that the fans of volleyball and others will continue to support the team even through losing seasons. I did see a drop in attendance this year. My connection to the team has graduated this year but I intend to follow for many years to come as I have made some great friends on and off the team and in the fantastic city of Bozeman. I am not from there but could easily retire there. I really hope there are some changes (hopefully for the better) as I have seen a great program the last five years seem to suffer through some unwarranted strife. Looking forward to chatting with other VB fans.

I've always been a big fan of our volleyball team. Even after this tough season, I'll continue my support of the Lady Cats. I hope we can made a few changes during the off-season that will help them play to their full potential.

Very disappointing year, especially considering that talent we had. I would say a change most certainly needs to be made.

Spike, you obviously know more than what we read in the paper. I am wondering what changes you would like to see that would move WVB in the right direction.

In response to wild bobcat. Yes, I do know a lot more than what is reported and I do have some definite ideas and would be glad to share them. As I have stated before though it is still very fresh my relationship with the team and I think it prudent to wait awhile so as the suggestions are not taken so personally. Everyone needs to step away and breathe and evaluate. In response to the comment that it was disappointing of a season because we had so much talent...we did, but we did not have the chemistry to use the talent to its potential. This chemistry goes beyond the players.

I respect that and understand what you are saying between the lines. Its best to let the wounds heal first and then offer solutions. Best to you and your connection to the team.

It is funny how a season or times can change on a Head Coach...now fans want change with the volleyball program...just because her team didn't play to there abilities. Well good luck with that situation.
