I haven't tried it yet for Big Sky contests, but I am wondering if it is the same quality as what CBS put out for the Big Dance last year. Quality was low, but you couldn't beat the cost (FREE!!!). If it's the same quality, than probably not worth paying for in my opinion.

I have watched 3 games now and am satisfied with it. I purchased the annual pass. i have not watched anything other than basketball so I can't reply as to the worth of it for other sports. I plan on watching the Cat/grizz game this weekend though.

I've been using it for Griz football games, and I'm fairly happy with it. I bought the converter to run the Bigskytv signal from my laptop to my TV set, and it's almost as good as having the live TV signal. Granted, the signal can be a little choppy at times, but given a choice between Bigskytv and not being able to see the games at all, I'll take it.

Grizlaw, tell me more about the converter. Where did you get it? How much? How do you connect it? How large is the image on your TV?
Thanks.
