I see all of the satellite parties planned for Bobcats, but where will you be watching the game if you are in-state? Can we all get together somewhere?

Well, I heard rumors that the R bar in bozo is getting some huge big screens and having some drinks specials during the game. Sounds like they are turning it into a sports bar for the occasion.

Huge big screen? A little redundant.

I have a seat on about the 45 behind the CATS. I will most likely be the only one wearing BLUE in the whole section.

In Billings, Hooligans is where a large contingent of Cats fans will be. The Winner's Circle is largely known to be Griz friendly.
Me? I gots a 42" plasma. Too bad it won't be shot in high def.

Do not rub it in if you were lucky enough to get a ticket. Psst, I will be in the section next to you wearing blue and gold.

I plan on being smack dab in the middle of the Frizzly student section with some missoula students raising all HELL! I was born and raised in missoula but was never dUMb enough to stay with my griz roots, meaning a good majority of my friends are griz and i want to be right next to them to rub every minute of it in!

I just can't get myself to go to missoula to watch a game. I would be too full of angst. Probably embarrass myself. I am better off in a bar or at home.

I'll be in a warm wall tent at hunting camp in the Big Hole with the generator running and an old beat up tv antenna that actually picks up 2 channels pretty damn good (I have an extra satellite receiver & dish since I bought all new for HD, but the antenna works fine).
Only problem is keeping the beer from freezing.
Go Cats!!

That is real Montanan for ya... Watching Cat/Griz while in hunting camp - doesn't get any better than that.

As I stated last week, Mixer's is putting on a shindig. They're getting some plasma TV's put in over the bar to go along with their big screen, free chili, and drink specials all day. I however will be in Missoula using my precious $50 ticket to cheer the Bobcats onto a Big Sky title.

If you're serious, I hope you get the severe beating that you deserve. (If you're kidding, then disregard this post -- I'm a peaceful guy, really.

)
As for me -- I am coming to Montana next week for Thanksgiving, and was hoping I could fly into Missoula this Friday night and be at the game on Saturday, but I'm way too swamped at work right now to be able to afford to be gone for a whole week, so I'll be watching the game at the satellite party here. This isn't a terrible thing, as the crowd that shows up for the satellite party here is always a a lot of fun (usually about 150 people, split pretty evenly between Griz and Cat fans), but you really can't beat actually being at the game. Oh well...
And I'd have to agree with grizzh8r -- GOKATS definitely wins the "coolest place from which to watch the game" contest.

I'll be at Ricky's (The official bar of the Oakland Raiders) in San Leandro ... along with about 200 other Cat and Griz fans. Should be fun.
