I like the fact the MSU athletic department is thinking positive regarding a home playoff game. Just got a postcard in the mail saying I have two days to buy my seats for our home playoff game after we beat the Griz.

You have two days from today or after the win we will have two days to buy the tickets?

Killin... I don't have the card in front of me and I just glanced over it.... but did I interpret it wrong or did I read it to say that season ticket holders have two days to "renew" their season tickets? I seriously hope they didn't mean season tickets because I won't be doing that right before Christmas.

It does say 'renew' but I'm sure they mean get playoff tickets which coincide with your season ticket seats.

If we host a playoff game, we will find out Sunday, Nov. 19 and season ticket holders will have from 11/19 at noon-11/21 at noon to get playoff tickets in their current season ticket location. After noon on 11/21, they will be opened to public. The postcard said, "current season ticket holders will have from .....to renew current season ticket location." In other words, if you want YOUR seat for the playoff game, you will have to call for it.
Season ticket holders will be responsible for calling MSU--I don't believe there will be no phone calls made on MSU's end. Make plans to call as soon as the playoff is announced.

Sorry about that crappy grammar at the end. My mother the English teacher would have a fit--There will be no calls made on MSU end to renew your seat--you have to call.

Sweet. It sounds like they are going to be very aggressive on bidding to get a home playoff game when we beat the Griz. I can't wait!

It actually reads: Current season ticket holders would have from Sunday, November 19th at 12:00pm until Tuesday, November 21st at 12:00pm to renew current season ticket location. Any seats not renewed at this time will be released for public sale.

What, are you kidding? Kramer's been coughing up cash to house the team in Livingston every home game working towards the goal of a home playoff game. Yes, I'l day we'll be very, very aggressive bidding for a home game...
