A Few Player Questions

Post by catatac » Mon Nov 06, 2006 5:00 pm

Does anyone know the status of Mason? I don't think I saw him play at all... is he hurt - or just tired like Kramer says? Resting up for the Griz?

Does anyone think we may slide Clive back to OLB due to Clagget's injury, leaving Papich, Siatago, Kolone, and Hoff to shore up the front?

Any word on Leblanc? Would sure be nice to have him against the gwizz.

I did see that Mason was in for a few plays against UNC, so unsure what his overall status is. He looked ok though, I thought.

As far as LeBlanc, what is the HONEST deal with him? I have heard that he was skipping class and then someone said he could play once he passed a drug test. ????????? I did see him on the sidelines during the UNC game, so I am guessing that it was not drug related. I think that would get him kicked off of the team, DONE. I would love to see him whoop some griz butt for sure.

I think that Hoffenbacker is an animal and needs to see more time. MAN CHILD. I know that a bunch of you refer to him as Chuck Norris, but I think that Hoff would whip CNs' behind.

From what several football players have told me he has failed 2 drug tests. What drugs I do not know. if he fails a third test he is kicked off the team and loses his scholarship.

If he wants to play he would have to pass a drug test after this week to be elligble. From what I have gathered I wouldnt plan on seeing him in a Uni the rest of the season. Dosent seem like he has it straitened out.

Did Wheaton play against UNC? I didn't see him in the boxscore and it sounded like he may have been injured against Weber.

He has tried to pass the test...but can't because he can't flush the THC. He must have gotten into some super stuff because you would think that if all he needed to do was quit the stuff for a month.... he would do it.

If this is really the case, do NCAA regs let you come back in the same year? I would have thought one positive would be enough, two would have been 1 too many, and the third would be a no-brainer.

I had a few words with LeBlanc on the sideline saturday and he said that he will be ready to put some big hits on the grizzlies. I sure hope his word can be confirmed soon.

Hopefully he confines his hits to the field from now on... Sorry, that was lame... I probably shouldn't be fueling the rumor mill...

Kramer said today that LeBlanc is day to day. They are working with him daily to get him back and available.
Coach said he would really like LeBlanc back for the Cat/Griz but that it's really up to Marcosus to make that happen.

No specifics mentioned, just generalizations.

From what I understand the residual THC is in his system from this summer. He claims he hasn't inhaled since then. I suppose it's possible!

I just looked up the potential length of time that THC can stay in your system. According to WWW.PASSYOURDRUGTEST.COM (I'm pretty sure I'm going to start getting spam from them now), it can stay in your body from 2 days to 11 weeks.

Mason is ready to go. I talked to him about his knee the other day and he says it is good. He could have played last week but was held out to let him heal a bit more.
